Getting started is simple. Choose the option that works best for you:

1. Use your activation code
   Enter the code sent to you by email or text.
2. Download the MyChart app
   Available in the App Store and Google Play. When prompted, select Rochelle Community Hospital as your provider and follow the steps.
3. Enroll online
   Visit MyChart.com, click Access MyChart, select Rochelle Community Hospital, click Sign Up, and follow the prompts.
