If you’re concerned about paying for your care, you’re not alone—and help may be available. Rochelle Community Hospital offers financial assistance to qualified patients to help reduce or eliminate hospital charges based on income and household size.
Apply for Financial Assistance
Eligible patients may apply online or by submitting a paper application. The application process is simple and confidential. You will be asked to provide basic income information and sign a short form so we can determine eligibility.

Billing & Payment Support
Rochelle Community Hospital partners with an outside billing and collection agency to assist patients with self-pay balances. You may receive monthly statements or phone calls regarding your account. Our partner is committed to working with patients respectfully and compassionately—just as our in-house staff would.
