The month of July continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Molly Navejas, clinical Applications Analyst was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of July! Her nomination reads:
“Molly has been a supportive and positive contributor to our Diabetes Self-Management Program. She translated a seven paged Diabetes Lifestyle Self-Assessment form into Spanish, making the DSME experience more accessible to our Hispanic outpatients. Written communication in native language eases the uncertainty of navigating this new and often scary aspect of health for the participants. She also generously and professionally makes time to interpret for the DSME clients and our dietician when she is able, depending on her schedule and responsibilities in the Information Systems department. Her clinical nursing skills and empathetic participation are invaluable and I am proud to nominate her for this recognition. Anyone who knows Molly knows that she qualifies under all five categories, but I had to choose just one, so I chose Commitment.”
-Linda Daub, Multi-Specialty Receptionist
Congrats, Molly and thank you for your commitment to RCH!
