Due to a significant increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the community and a significant increase in patient volumes, Rochelle Community Hospital needs to limit the number of visitors in our facility. Please help us by adhering to our visitor restrictions.
Visitor restrictions are still in place. Patients in the Emergency Department or on the Medical/Surgical floor, including ICU, WILL BE ALLOWED ONE DESIGNATED VISITOR (must be the same person) for the duration of their stay. Visitors must be age 18 or older. This will help to minimize public traffic throughout the facility and decrease the chance of spreading COVID-19 within the hospital.
In addition, ONLY ONE PERSON may accompany a patient to Same Day Surgery, Convenient Care, the Multi-Specialty Clinic or Family Healthcare Clinic.
After screening, all visitors must remain properly masked for the duration of their visit anywhere in the facility, including the patient’s room. Visitors with COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, etc. must not visit patients.
We appreciate your cooperation and diligence in following COVID-19 guidelines.
