The month of April continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Linette Feltes, Medical Staff Coordinator was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of May! Her nomination reads:
“I would like to recognize Linette Feltes for her high level of commitment to her job. We most recently made the business decision to change anesthesia providers, and with that level of change comes many trickle down effects that are largely unknown to most staff. With a shortened timeframe, Linette gave of her personal time during her vacation to process the first few anesthesiologists’ applications. Her extra work and attention to detail is appreciated and in this particular instance it is the difference between a potential delay in surgical services and “business as usual”. I thank her for the extra work that had to be done to meet such a tight timeline.” -Karen Tracy, COO
