The month of November continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Janelle Stein, Dietician, was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of November! Her nomination reads:
“Janelle has been working diligently on several dietary and DSME initiatives. She has been involved in the CBORD program development and go-live, she is re-vitalizing programs for Diabetes outpatients, and ensuring that all inpatients have nutritional needs met. Janelle attends every education opportunity she can find so that her knowledge and teaching are up-to-date best practices. Janelle has worked at RCH for 12 years before accepting full time service. I appreciate her commitment to her craft, RCH, and our patients and families.”
