Our patients have an opportunity to rate our performance by participating in our new survey process provided by Press Ganey, a healthcare surveying company. Patients will be contacted by Press Ganey to fill out a survey. Results are compiled by Press Ganey and provided to the hospital.

Results of our patient satisfaction surveys are featured on Hospital Compare. Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) measures a hospital's ability to follow specified best practices related to clinical patient care. We strive to make our patients' experiences as positive as possible and provide the highest standard of patient care and goals with every admission, through hospitalization, to discharge and beyond.
