The month of October continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Diana Torres, Admissions Clerk was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of October! Her nomination reads:
“Diana Torres goes above and beyond to help us out in the Cashier’s office in helping to translate for us. She is very helpful, professional and patient with our patients. She always explains everything to the patients and then will relay any questions back to us to answer. She takes her time and makes sure that they understand everything with their accounts. Diana actually exceeds in every category but there was not an all of the above, so we chose excellence. Thank you very much Diana for always helping us out – we truly appreciate it more than you know!”
