The month of December continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Dr. Christine Gorman, FHC Physician, was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of December! Her nomination reads:
“Dr. Gorman is an excellent doctor and is very committed to providing the best service to her patients. As a patient of hers, she has always answered all my questions and has provided the best care and health advice recommendations. Rochelle Community Hospital is very lucky to have such a great doctor.”
