The month of August continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Jobina Smith, RN for our Family Healthcare Clinic was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of August! Her nomination reads:
“Another employee shared this with me in regards to Jobina, “Just passing along- I had a patient just ask me to let someone know that she appreciated Jobina’s help over the past few days and that she was ‘the nicest, most helpful person.’”
This is not the first patient to pass along such information about Jobina. On a regular basis Jobina can be heard or seen going that extra mile for the patients. She definitely represents the value of “Excellence” -An uncompromising drive to deliver outstanding performance in every aspect of responsibility. Jobina is a valued member of the FHC team.”
