The month of June continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:
Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.
Tina Mollet, Occupational Health Services Coordinator was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of June! Her nomination reads:
“I would like to positively recognize Tina Mollet, RN, she is the coordinator for Occupational Health Services at Petro. I chose Personal Ownership when it came to nominating Tina. Since joining the Occ. Health team, I was welcomed by Tina, and she started teaching me the ropes of the clinic. Tina is very conscientious about her department; she orders all of our supplies, does all of our scheduling, and makes sure that we all have time off if need be. Many times during the day, she asks us about ourselves and our families. Tina has been known to come in on her day off or in the evening after she has gotten home from work, if we encounter a difficult drug and alcohol patient, to help us finish the process. Thank you, Tina, for all that you do at RCH.“
